2. Hosting and server logs

This website is provided through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and infrastructure service providers may be used for its technical delivery and security. When the website is accessed, server logs may process information including your IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information.

This processing is necessary to provide the website securely, reliably and without errors on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are the operation and security of the website and protection against misuse. Log data is retained only for as long as required for these purposes or by statutory obligations.

3. Consent management

Your choice regarding external media is stored locally in your browser. This technically necessary storage allows us to respect your decision. You can change it at any time via “Privacy Settings” in the footer. The intro also uses session-based storage so that it does not appear again during the same browser session.

4. Spotify and YouTube

Content from Spotify and YouTube is embedded on this website. This external content is blocked by default. A connection to the respective provider is established only after your explicit consent. Your IP address, device and usage data may then be transferred, and cookies or similar technologies may be used. Processing may also take place outside the EU or EEA.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where access to your terminal device is involved, Section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in all other cases. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

Links to Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and other external services establish a connection to the respective website only when clicked. The respective providers are responsible for their data processing.
